Nipawin believes the beating heart of any community is wherever its people come together, and has made it a community goal to foster and support sport, culture andrecreation programs and organizations within our community.
The Nipawin Recreation & Parks Department is responsible for all town-owned parks & recreation facilities and the facilitation of various programs either directly or in co-operation with other organizations. Nipawin is blessed with many strong organizations who provide very worthwhile programs and events for everyone to enjoy.
You will find that Nipawin is an extremely active community, especially on weekends, when there always seems to be something going on! You can pick up a complete listing of current events scheduled for the year at the Town Office located at 210 - 2nd Avenue East.
