The Twin Lakes District Planning Commission (TLDPC) is made up of representatives from the Town of Nipawin, RM of Nipawin, Village of Codette, RM of Moose Range, Resort Village of Tobin Lake, Village of White Fox, RM of Torch River, Town of Choiceland, and the Town of Carrot River. The TLDPC has been working towards the construction of a STARS Ambulance heliport at the Nipawin Hospital.
