Kindly note that due to circumstances beyond our control there is a delay in sending out the annual Property Tax Prepayment Notices. For 2023 only, these notices will be mailed in February. Consequently, at the January 23, 2023 Council Meeting, Council adopted the Discounts and Penalties Bylaw no. 1159/23 to ensure that the 2% January discount will also be available in February.
