Walking Trails

There are six trails within the Nipawin and District Regional Park Nature Trail System with all levels of physical difficulties and distances. The main trail known as the Walleye Link Trail starts at Nipawin Road East in town and is a 1-km trail into the Regional Park. The trails feature the natural beauty of the northern forest with some wet areas. If you take a walk through the trails during the spring you can see the very unique and rare yellow Lady’s-slipper orchid.
