Located on the Saskatchewan River portion of Tobin Lake near Nipawin, the
Francois Finlay Hydro Station is the newest hydro station in Saskatchewan. Codette Lake was created due to the construction of this hydro project.
Commissioned in 1985, it boasts three units with a combined generating capacity of 255 net MW.
Tours of the dam are available by appointment only. To book a tour please call the administration office at 306-862-3148.
